Natural products  

Each arrangement is hand made and due to the nature of the product there will be slight variances to the images on the site

Shipping

Due to the nature of dried and preserved products some items can be brittle and can sometimes damage slightly in the post a bit of shedding is to be expected we do not take responsibility if this may occur during courier transit. 

 

We strive to get your flowers to you safely. 

 

For any premade arrangement we only offer a replacement should you find your product completely defective we do not offer refunds on these products. 

We do not offer a refund simply because you changed your mind

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely event that you find your package in an unacceptable condition please contact us within 48 hours.

We require a photo of the package upon arrival so we can launch an investigation if warranted and organise a replacement.

Our products leave our premises in immaculate condition, some factors out of our control such as shipping, weather conditions, could result in minor defects. 

Several types of products are exempt from being returned and refunded items such as perishable goods Eg. food items, fresh flowers and body products can not be returned or refunded

Items on sale are not eligible for return or a refund

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning items 

shipping costs are non refundable if you receive a refund the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
